Carol's Convertible Purse

This is Laura Martell's (of TheCreativethimble.com) latest design: a purse that looks like a standard shoulder purse but "converts" with a pull on the handles to a back pack.

I took one of her first classes on Carol's purse at Sew Original, on September 16, 2006. My first "Carol's" is shown on the left during the class.

This is the final version. I have already started cutting out the pieces for my

"2nd Carol's".
