The Rows are designated by letters ( A-E) and the columns by number. The rows are also color coded.
Here is a picture of the
full quilt. The blacks have been sewn and arranged as desired. The block labels
help keep
the final arrangement or deisng of the quilt, together while they are being sewn together. Too many
times, a block has fallen from the design wall, or the blocks have been sewn together with the
incorrect orientation and the block labels have been found to be useful in preserving the
final arrangement before they are sewn together. The Turning 20 pattern as
