Adventures in Embroidery.
We have enjoyed the addition of embroidery capability since acquiring our Bernina machines. So far we have embroidered hand towels, information patches to be placed on the backs of our quilts, bridesmaids bathrobe gifts and table runners with patterns from Hatched in Africa: the Geisha Girls.
I have also found that multiple names, often unusual, have been given to various embroidery thread colors and that the names vary according to the manufactures. My own needs dictated the need for a match-up of Isacord and Sulky thread color names. An introduction to my color charts may be found Color Chart Introduction.
